Terry is a founding Partner of Pinnacle Results LLC. Terry has served worldwide in Management and in Operational roles for major international mixed-use developers. As a Certified Research Equity Analyst she participated in the funding of major projects in Commercial, Industrial and Aerospace Development. Terry provided support to U.S. Senate Offices and Economic Development Departments throughout the U.S. for over 15 years.
She was certified in Value Engineering by the Society of American Value Engineers. She has assisted in Value Engineering and Project Planning Studies in Oil, Chemicals and Exploration / Production Sectors, and has assisted in J.J. Kaufman Associates, Inc., S.A.V.E. Certified Module I training courses delivered at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, U.K. Terry has training in Function Analysis System Technique methods and has taken teams through building F.A.S.T. diagrams.

Bruce L. Lenzer
Bruce is a Life Certified Value Specialist, Fellow of SAVE International, Certified Manager of Quality, and Certified Lead Auditor. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree and has since held a variety of technical, managerial, and advisory positions within Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as President of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation, and as President of Synergy Value Solutions, LLC based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a Past President of SAVE International, the professional society representing the Value Methodology, and has served in various executive leadership positions within the organization
His extensive career experience constitutes a record of numerous achievements within Quality and Contractor Assurance Programs and Systems as well as applying Business Process Reengineering and Value Methodology/Value Engineering tools, methods, and techniques in a number of commercial and government organizations. Results from applied Value Methodology/Value Engineering resulted in product, process, project, service and organizational value and quality improvements that exceed several billion dollars.
Lenzer is the 9th recipient of the Lawrence D. Miles Founders award for innovating the Hybrid Function Analysis System Technique which is an internationally recognized process modeling technique applied across governments and industries. The technique assists quality and value practitioners by incorporating function logic and process modeling in one tool. He is currently a senior advisor to the Project Excellence Support team of Pinnacle Results LLC, Houston, Texas 77066, USA
