Charles W. Jennings A.V.S. has 30 years experience in upstream oil and gas production activities. He has worked in subsurface, production operations, and large project capacities in Trinidad, Norway, Egypt, United Kingdom and in the United States. Terry A McCuish, F.A.C.S., A.V.S. : is a founding Partner of Pinnacle Results LLC, and a Manager of PinnacleNwis LLC. Terry has served worldwide in Management and in Operational roles for major international mixed-use developers. As a Certified Research Equity Analyst she participated in the funding of major projects in Commercial, Industrial and Aerospace Development. Terry provided support to U.S. Senate Offices and Economic Development Departments throughout the U.S. for over 15 years.
She is certified in Value Engineering by the Society of American Value Engineers. She has assisted in Value Engineering and Project Planning Studies in Oil, Chemicals and Exploration / Production Sectors, and has assisted in J.J. Kaufman Associates, Inc., S.A.V.E. Certified Module I training courses delivered at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, U.K. Terry has training in Function Analysis System Technique methods and has taken teams through building F.A.S.T. diagrams. Bruce Lenzer : A Life Certified Value Specialist, Fellow of SAVE International, Certified Quality Manager or Organizational Excellence, and Certified Lead Auditor graduated from the University of Texas in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree and has since held a variety of technical, managerial, and advisory positions within Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation, and as President of Synergy Value Solutions, LLC based in Newport News/Williamsburg, VA. He is Past President of SAVE International, the professional society representing the Value Methodology, and has served in various Executive leadership positions within the organization. His extensive career experience constitutes a record of numerous achievements applying Business Process Reengineering and Value Methodology tools, methods, and techniques in a number of commercial and government organizations. In 2010, Lenzer was awarded the Lawrence D. Miles Founders award for innovating a new process modeling technique which is now widely used. He is the 9th recipient of the award in the 50 years of SAVE International. Nathan Watt : Previous experiences include technology management and business vision related to analytics functions of asset and knowledge management platforms. His roots in this domain were created in roles for Invention Machine, Autonomy, Inxight Software (PARC), the i2 Group and Anacubis. His focus is implementing strategy, applied research in analytics, machine learning, data mining, predictive analytics, text analytics and geospatial analysis applied to; industrial workforce operations and asset performance improvements.
